4. No Third-Party Data Transmission

Any third-party SDKs or libraries integrated into our app (e.g., for crash reporting or performance monitoring) are configured to collect only anonymous, non-personally-identifiable information.
5. Children's Privacy
Render AI is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain EU countries). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal information from children under these age thresholds.
5.1 If We Discover a Minor's Data
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age limit, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems. - In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

7.2 What Gets Deleted
Upon confirmed account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- All generated images and videos associated with your account
- Your prompt history and usage data
- Any preferences, settings, and subscription information

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Certain anonymized, aggregated data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for analytical purposes. Backups are purged on their regular rotation schedule, typically within 90 days.
